Dr. Jagdeep Singh
Physical Therapist
Dr. Singh is the owner and supervising Physical therapist of EzePhysical Therapy Clinic. He obtained his Doctor of Physical therapy from Utica College, NY and his Masters in Physical therapy from Loma Linda University, CA. He is specialized in Dry needling and Vestibular rehabilitation. His goal is to provide the highest quality of truly hands-on care. He has been practicing Physical therapy since 2006. Dr. Singh has invented a new device for Post surgery Knee rehab in 2018 : EZEKNEE Dr. Singh currently resides with his wife and son in South Boston, VA.

Dr. Joyce Cheenath
Physical Therapist
Dr. Cheenath received her Bachelor of Physical Therapy in 2006, Master of Physical Therapy in 2009 from Loma Linda University, California and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College, New York in 2014. She has been practicing physical therapy since 2006. She has worked in skilled nursing home settings and various inpatient hospital settings including Centra Lynchburg General and Sentara Halifax regional hospital. She specializes in dry needling and vestibular rehabilitation. "EZE Physical Therapy allows me to work as a team member with other health/wellness providers to give my patients the best possible outcomes and to allow them to resume doing the things they love doing." During her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Laura Hall
Physical Therapist
Dr. Hall received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University in 2012 and started practicing in Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital and Cox rehabilitation – outpatient physical therapy clinic in South Boston. Dr. Hall has a passion for neurorehabilitation, especially treating neurological cases such as stroke, Multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease. She has obtained valuable experience in an outpatient setting, treating a variety of patients with neurological, cardiopulmonary, and orthopedic impairments. She is skilled in preventative services, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries. During her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and friends as well as traveling.

Mrs. Barbara Morrison
Occupational Therapist
Barbara is an occupational therapist who is committed to helping clients engage in meaningful activities despite physical, cognitive, or emotional barriers. She also specializes in Lymphedema treatment and management. Barbara prioritizes the client-therapist alliance and will continually strive to create a safe space to process complex issues and to engage in collaborative problem-solving. She uses a variety of treatment techniques including: education and experiential learning, exercise and movement, nervous system regulation, interoception and motor-sensory awareness training, and environmental adaptations.

Mr. Ryan Powell
Physical Therapist Assistant
Mr. Ryan Powell is a licensed Physical therapist assistant who graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2018 with a degree in cellular molecular biology prior to attending ECPI in Newport News to receive his Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2020. Ryan has worked in various settings including home health, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient settings. Ryan was born and raised in Halifax County and enjoys working with people within his community. Ryan spends most of his time running a family-owned driving range within Halifax when not at work. He also enjoys staying active by playing sports and going to the gym.

Ms. Jill Bradley
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jill Bradley is a native from Halifax County Virginia who returned home five years ago to be closer to family. She has been a PTA for 15 years and worked in multiple practice settings and with all populations of patients. Outpatient PT is her favorite setting and she is very thankful to be a member of the team at EZEPhysical Therapy. When not working as a PTA Jill also teaches dance at We’ve Got Rhythm Dance Academy and works with Halifax County Little Theatre. She has a BA degree in Theatre and Dance from James Madison University and her PTA degrees from Mountain State University.

Mrs. Heather Baisey
Physical Therapist Assistant
Heather started her career as a physical therapist assistant upon graduation from Tidewater Community College, the Virginia Beach campus, in May 2008. She received the Tidewater Physical Therapy Association Clinical Excellence Award from TCC prior to graduation. She later continued her education and received a Bachelor of Science in health sciences from Old Dominion University. She has experience in multiple Physical Therapy settings, including skilled nursing facility, home health, and outpatient clinic. She enjoys working with all types of patients, and describes her job as rewarding. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Ms. Taylor Walker
Physical Therapist Assistant
Ms. Taylor Walker has bachelors in exercise, sports, and health education with a concentration in Allied Health Science in 2020 from Radford University. She is a 2022 Graduate from ECPI University in Physical Therapy Assistant. When she is not working, you will find her at the lake enjoying time with her friends. “I love this field of work as it is such a rewarding feeling when patients are pain free and 100% better than when they walked in the door!”

Ms. Sydney Williams
Physical Therapist Assistant
Ms. Sydney Williams has a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University and an Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from ECPI University. She obtained her license in 2022 and has been working as an outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant since. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden doodle, Chandler. She has a passion for helping people, in and out of her career, and enjoys helping others regain their confidence and lifestyles. She has been passionate about the physical therapy field since she was a pre-teen.

Mrs. Gladys Powell
Rehabilitation Therapy Technician
Mrs Gladys Powell was born and raised in Halifax County. She has been a CNA for 34 years. Prior to joining EZE Physical therapy she worked in nursing home settings and also worked as physical therapy rehabilitation technician. She has experience working with diverse populations. "When you come to the clinic you will see me assisting the therapists with patient care through movement and exercise. I enjoy helping people and serving my community. It has always been my passion and I am blessed to be able to do this every day." In her spare time, she loves watching Lifetime movies, shopping and spending time with her family especially the grandkids.

Ms. Jessica Privette
Intake Coordinator
Ms. Jessica was born and raised in Halifax County and continues to live here now. She has years of experience in health insurance and referrals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two young children and niece. “It’s so wonderful being part of the EZE Physical Therapy Team and seeing how much passion each employee here has for patient care”.

Ms. Rebecca Newcomb
Receptionist
Ms. Rebecca is from Lunenburg County. She started working with EzePhysical Therapy from Day 1: 03/04/2019. She goes above and beyond to help our patients. She loves taking pictures and helping people. She also likes gardening.

Ms. Mary-Laurel Parks
Receptionist
Ms Mary Parks is born and raised in Mecklenburg County and she still resides there. "Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family out on the lake, traveling and hiking with my 2 dogs. I love being a part of the EZE Physical Therapy family. I love getting to know every patient that walks through our doors and treat them like family! I also love hearing about their progress throughout their therapy journey and witnessing the patient's progess and strength they've gained by working with our PTA's and PT's.
