

MANUAL THERAPY
Hands on techniques to improve joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, and alleviate pain. Hands-on techniques include foam rolling, soft tissue -myofascial release, static and dynamic stretching, joint mobilizations, proprioceptive exercises, and trigger point therapy.
EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
The movements you need to improve your strength, control, and mobility to reach optimal positioning to improve your performance with decreased pain, all while prioritizing proper alignment and mindful execution to minimize strain and maximize efficiency.


DRY NEEDLING
The use of non-medicated needles to an affected muscle or trigger point/points to help improve tissue extensibility, improve mobility, increase blood flow and decrease pain. Electrical stimulation could be used through the needles to accelerate the pain-relief process.
SPINAL MANIPULATION AND MOBILIZATION
